Will will focus on common body areas that need regular maintenance and attention in addition to working with personal areas of discomfort or in need of attention.
You will learn simple yet highly effective routines for discomfort and improved performance that will only take a few minutes each day or as long as you want! We will check in and re-check our bodies as we explore these methods along with breathwork and yoga movements
