Learn how to move away from mouth breathing to feeling comfortable nose breathing in relaxation to everyday activities to adventure and more intense physical effort. Do this while increasing breath capacity: breath naturally and powerfully.

Even though this program draws upon different breathwork methods, ancient and modern, it is not aligned with any philosophical or spiritual practices, even though I honor all the traditions and teachers that impact my offerings.
It is simply all about breathing using powerfully proven methods. This program is a wonderful way to bridge into developing a breathwork and meditation practice while adding more sustainable, simple wellness tools into your everyday life. Or deepen your existing practice with an exceptional customized program.
