This program will help you create calm, relaxation, and stillness in a simple, adaptable way.
Practices Introduction, Setup, and Preparation
Below are two audio sessions to start you off, including a complete introduction with setup and preparation for practice.
Please use this audio to help you create a comfortable space and position for practicing.
Each practice will offer pause, stillness, embodied breathwork, and ways to calm and soothe your nervous system.
About the program and practices:
- You can practice as long or as short as you would like. Know that you are the authority on what works for you, and I encourage you to adjust, adapt, and figure out what that might be.
- Our program has several practices, so you have various options and methods.
- Each practice ranges from 1 to 8 minutes to offer simple transformational practices that can fit into any day. To lengthen each practice, pause the audio practice or continue to practice after the audio guidance ends.
- Below each day’s practice is a link to the audio download so you can practice offline and anytime. This is a private link to Dr. Heather Lee Farrell’s Soundcloud website page. You do not need a Soundcloud account to download or listen to each audio practice file. However, you need an internet connection to download or listen to each audio file.
